Customers are able to choose the fibre combination that will go in to their Stratis sail.
Fibres are laid under tension to exact paths by the 12m wide x-y plotters.
The expert Stratis team oversee each step of the fibre laying process.
Large Production Beds X
The Stratis factory has two large production beds where sails are constructed
The laminated membrane is vacuum bagged and laminated, activating the glue and expelling any air left in the laminate
Once cured, the Stratis membranes are finished in the Doyle Sails New Zealand loft, or at other lofts in the Doyle global network
